Unit 2. Physical Education Valley

We all know that physical exercise and staying active are necessary. But why is this so? We continue our adventure through the Island of Health. This time, the professor and the kids will find out what’s beneficial and what’s harmful to various cell-factories, why the first marathon runner passed away, and much more. They will also have to put together a healthy daily routine for the great scientist.

What are calories? What is taught at a physical education institute? Why do astronauts need to be taught how to walk again once they return to Earth? After completing these lessons, your child will begin to understand how nutrition affects physical activity and will continue to develop and reinforce healthy habits!
